WOLFEBORO — Granite VNA is offering “Transitions: Long-Term Care,” the second part of a Caregiver Conversation Series on Tuesday, July 21, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Wolfeboro Public Library.
Caring for a loved one is meaningful — but it can also feel overwhelming. Join us for conversations intended especially for family caregivers who want practical tools, trusted information, and a supportive community. Each session focuses on real-life challenges caregivers face and provides strategies you can use right away led by experienced professionals. Whether you’re new to caregiving or have been supporting a loved one for years, these conversations will help you feel more confident, prepared, and connected. Take time this summer to strengthen your skills, protect your well-being, and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey.
The Wolfeboro Bay Admissions Team will discuss assessing needs and making choices for in-home care and facility care as health declines.
This event will take place at 259 S. Main St. in the Cynthia A. Beaver Room. Registration is required. Register at 603-224-4093, ext. 85664 or granitevna.org. This program is offered at no charge.
