FRANKLIN — Concord Hospital Medical Group welcomes Alynna Perez to Concord Hospital Primary Care – Franklin, where she is accepting new patients and providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Dr. Perez provides preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management, partnering with patients and families to support their health and well-being throughout all stages of life. Her family medicine training includes extensive experience in adult medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, and newborn care, as well as office-based procedures.
Prior to joining CHMG, Dr. Perez completed her family medicine residency at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Maine. She earned her medical degree from De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute in the Philippines and previously practiced as a general practitioner and occupational health physician in hospital and workplace clinic settings in the Philippines.
Dr. Perez is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has contributed to clinical education related to preventive care and women's health.
