LACONIA — A new series of Financial Fitness Seminars, sponsored by Laconia Savings Bank and presented by Laconia Area Community Land Trust, will feature classes which run on Tuesday nights from August 9 through September 6 from 6-8 p.m. in Laconia.
The free seminars are designed to teach participants how to better manage their finances to reach their goals, whether it’s saving to buy a new home, planning for college or retirement, improving credit, or reducing debt.
Seating is limited. Advance registration is required. To register, or for more information, contact LACLT’s Homeownership Director, Debra Drake, at 524-0747.
LACLT is a member of NeighborWorks America and is a HUD-approved housing counseling center. LACLT is supported in part by membership donations and the Lakes Region United Way. For more information about LACLT and its class offerings, or to make a tax-deductible donation, visit www.laclt.org.
