TILTON — These days, smart technology allows us to do more than ever from our phones – including protecting and keeping our homes safe. We can shut the garage door from the airport or speak to someone at the front door from across the country. Smart devices can simplify, innovate and secure your home, and since many northerners are preparing to head south for vacation in the sunshine, U.S. Cellular is offering a free workshop to explore ways to protect and be in communication with their homes while away.
The free device workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 8 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the U.S. Cellular store in Tilton. During the workshop U.S. Cellular associates will demonstrate smart home devices, their uses and their importance in keeping one's home safe and monitored even while away on vacation. The workshop is free and open to the public regardless of guests' wireless provider.
