The Moultonborough Women’s Club designates at least one charity at each meeting to which members contribute needed items or make monetary donations. In January, the Bearcamp Center for Sustainable Community in Tamworth received both money and non-perishable food for their food pantry. In addition, a carload of items including paper towels, dog and cat food, towels and blankets, pet carriers and a scratching post was collected for and delivered to the Lakes Region Humane Society in Ossipee.
