MOULTONBOROUGH — Moultonborough Recreation is offering a trip to Encore Boston Harbor Casino. Join the recreation department as it travels by town bus to Encore Boston Harbor Casino where there’s relaxation, fun and excitement at every turn: Casual and fine dining, thrilling games and chic shopping. Participants will enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet meal at Night Shift Brewing Kitchen & Tap, featuring elevated takes on pub food. The group will depart from MRD at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23, with a return time of approximately 10:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Cocktail costs and gambling monies are not included. You must be 21 or older to attend this trip.
Tai chi is back at MRD. Board-certified instructor Ernie Graffam returns for an autumn session of Tai chi. Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches, sometimes called “meditation in motion,” promoting serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body. The focus of this eight-week program is arthritis and fall prevention.
Preregistration is required and space is limited. Sign up online or in the recreation office located 10 Holland St. Non-resident fees will apply. Call MRD for more information at 603-476-8868.
