Wayne E. Ginnow, age 73, of Moultonborough, passed away Oct. 15, 2026. He has been the husband of Anne (née Gagne) Ginnow for the past 52 years.

Wayne was born on Oct. 31, 1952, in New Haven, Connecticut. He was predeceased by his father, Oscar Ginnow of Bethany, Connecticut. In addition to his wife Anne, he is survived by his three children, Michael Ginnow of Hudson, Dennis Ginnow of Eliot, Maine, and Andrea Hubbard (Phillip) of Moultonborough. Wayne is also survived by his three brothers, Garry (Valerie) of Bethany, Connecticut, Roger of Danbury, Connecticut, and Dean of Richfield Springs, New York.

Wayne was a mechanic and a welder. In the 1990s, he was the pit mechanic for cars at a dirt race track in Rumney, and sometimes in Canaan. For a short time, Wayne built motorcycles which were raced in Loudon, at the New Hampshire International Speedway and other various tracks in the USA. Wayne also personally owned over 100 motorcycles. He would buy, clean and repair them. After riding them for a while, he would sell them and find another one.

In honor of Wayne, if you’d like, plant a forsythia bush in your garden. It was a favorite of his.
