MEREDITH — The America’s 250 Celebration Committee in Meredith is thrilled to announce a grand parade in honor of our nation’s Independence Day, taking place on Saturday, July 4.
The parade will kick off at 10 a.m., beginning at Middleton Lavallee Lumberyard on Main Street and concluding on Plymouth Street.
Individuals, groups, and organizations are invited to participate in this festive event. Whether you are marching, riding, or simply cheering from the sidelines, the parade promises to be a lively and memorable celebration of community and country.
“We look forward to welcoming a wide array of participants, from marching bands and floats to local organizations, as well as families and friends lining the streets to enjoy the parade,” Chris Kelly, spokesperson for the America’s 250 Celebration Committee, said. “This is a wonderful opportunity for Meredith residents and visitors to come together and celebrate our shared heritage.”
