Bank of New Hampshire promotes Becky Rodgers to vice president

GILFORD — Bank of New Hampshire recently promoted Becky Rodgers to vice president — operations officer. Since joining Bank of New Hampshire, Rodgers has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and has made substantial contributions to the bank’s operations and service standards.

Rodgers began her career with Bank of New Hampshire as a commercial banking representative. Her dedication and hard work led to several promotions over the past two decades, including senior commercial lending assistant in 2017, commercial loan operations supervisor in 2019 and assistant vice president — loan operations manager in 2020.

In her new roll, Rodgers will oversee the coordination and management of loan and deposit operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers and supporting the bank’s commitment to operational excellence. In her day-to-day responsibilities, Rodgers will lead efforts to create efficiencies, build strong customer relationships and drive innovative approaches within BNH’s operational framework.
