CONCORD — Four Lakes Region residents were charged by State Police as part of a high-visibility enforcement initiative on St. Patrick’s Day, where more than 500 vehicles were pulled over statewide.

Mark F. Houten, 59, of Laconia, was charged with driving under the influence.

Owen T. Douglas, 23, of Laconia, was charged with driving with a revoked or suspended license, a suspended vehicle registration, and unlawfully transporting alcohol or marijuana.

Alec G. Snow, 23, of Sanbornton, was charged with driving under the influence, unlawfully transporting alcohol or marijuana, and speeding more than 26 mph over the posted limit.

Danny L. Goss, 46, of Bridgewater, was charged with violating a protective order, resisting arrest, two counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, falsifying evidence, and two counts of felony possession of a dangerous weapon.

In total, State Troopers conducted 516 traffic stops which resulted in 15 people charged, and four suspected of driving under the influence. There were 121 speeding citations, and 18 citations for distracted driving, as well. While there were 772 total calls for services, no fatal crashes were reported by State Police.

Matthew T. Clough, 31, of Merrimack, driving under the influence, second offense.

Jeffrey R. Gelinas, 34, of Manchester, driving under the influence and speeding more than 20 mph over the limit.

Melissa M. Pelletier, 41, of Manchester, on an outstanding warrant.

Lance R. Fair, 39, of New Durham, making a domestic violence-related threat, and criminal mischief.

Logan S. McColl, 31, of Sanford, Maine, driving after being certified a habitual offender.

Shelby J. Winslow, 45, of East Dover, Vermont, on bench warrants.

Paul J. Landry, 36, of Fitzwilliam, driving with a suspended license or registration, driving without a valid driver's license, operating an unregistered vehicle, and on bench warrants.

Amanda N. Anderson, 37, of Rochester, driving with a revoked or suspended license, and a suspended registration.

Ashley N. Severino, 22, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, driving with a suspended license, and speeding more than 25 mph over the posted limit.

Mamoor H. Ahmed, 24, of Manchester, driving with a suspended license, and operating an unregistered vehicle.

Brendan M. Doherty, 18, of Concord, having a suspended registration and driving anyway, driving without a valid license, and following too closely.
