LACONIA — Bank of New Hampshire recently promoted Ally Wendelken to assistant vice president – Community Reinvestment Act and assistant compliance officer.
With a robust background in risk management and financial services, Wendelken has shown an ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive compliance initiatives. Since joining the bank in 2022, her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving have significantly contributed to the success of the team.
In her new role, Wendelken will oversee the BNH’s CRA activities and support the bank’s compliance program. Her responsibilities will include monitoring CRA reporting requirements, identifying CRA-qualified investment opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance across various business lines. Additionally, Wendelken will help with the development and maintenance of the Bank’s internal compliance training programs, assist with consumer complaint resolution and prepare for regulatory examinations.
