MOULTONBOROUGH — Castle in the Clouds added another member to their senior management team with the recent hire of Kate Armenio of Conway, as director of business operations. In the role, Armenio will provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Castle’s revenue generating lines of business. The director of business operations ensures effective day-to-day operations, maximizing profitability, ensuring high-quality visitor experience and advising on long-term planning and strategies.
With over 25 years in the restaurant industry, the last 10 in hospitality management, Armenio brings a depth of operational knowledge to the position that will translate to meaningful optimization of the Castle’s current position as well as exciting ideas for the next chapter.

Before joining Castle in the Clouds, Armenio served as the general manager of the North Conway location of Sap House Meadery and the Public House on Page Hill in Tamworth.
