WOLFEBORO — Lake Life Living recently earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the National Home Watch Association for the seventh year.
The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada.
Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at a vacation or primary home while somebody is not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured and bonded.
Lake Life Living Owner Thomas Anderson and his team provide year-round property watch and home maintenance services for residents of the Lakes Region through Lake Life Living.
Anderson and his team pride themselves on providing a personalized approach to homeownership and are highly dedicated to their clients’ needs. Through consistent communication and proactivity, they demonstrate integrity and a hard work ethic.
Lake Life Living provides a one-stop source for tasks ranging from caretaking to handyman services, home projects, and monitoring of home renovations. They provide professional home care services designed to eliminate the stress and concerns of managing a home and allow residents and guests to enjoy the beautiful area in which they reside.
