MEREDITH ― The Lakes Region Board of Realtors announces Eric Petell as the recipient of its 2026 Affiliate of the Year Award. Petell was honored during LRBR’s Annual Awards Ceremony held at Church Landing in Meredith.
The Affiliate of the Year Award recognizes an LRBR Affiliate member who demonstrates outstanding commitment to the board, its Realtors members, and the greater Lakes Region community. The award celebrates individuals who consistently give their time, energy, and expertise while supporting the mission and programs of LRBR.
Petell has been an active and valued member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, demonstrating a strong commitment to building connections between LRBR’s Affiliate and Realtors members. His involvement, enthusiasm, and willingness to contribute have made a meaningful impact on the organization.
As chair of LRBR’s Affiliate Committee, Petell has played an important role in strengthening affiliate engagement and creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, and relationship-building among members. His leadership reflects the spirit of partnership that is essential to the success of the real estate industry throughout the Lakes Region.
