On Sept. 13, 2026, we lost our sister, our aunt and our great aunt, Rosemary Mellon.
She had a long struggle with cancer but she persevered for years. Her best friends were her animals. She loved them all. She was a very active animal rights activist. She also loved square dancing. She would travel miles to do-si-do. She never was hesitant to express her opinion and she always had an opinion. She will be missed by her family and friends.Â
Donations in her memory can be made to the New London Hospital, Medical and Surgical Unit, New London, NH. We thank them for giving her shelter from the storm.
