Impossible to convince James Veverka but I continue to share the truth about Israel. Jews have been persecuted throughout history. The smartest and fittest have survived with the ability at last to protect themselves and not heed those who want them dead and gone. If people say they will kill you, it is wise to believe them and to prevent it.
Hamas is great at propaganda and use of social media. The last Hamas stronghold is about to be destroyed. Whether that threat is to put pressure on Hamas to finally release the hostages remains to be seen. Hamas was still strong enough to attack Israel Defense Forces soldiers just last month, attempting to take more hostages. Ten terrorists were killed; the rest ran back into the tunnels.
It is not up to other countries to threaten Israel; the concept of the two-state solution died for good on Oct. 7, 2023. Many Gazans now realize that the promises made by Hamas that they would own all of Israel were lies and they are tired of being victimized, not by Israel but by their government. Both Hamas and the Palestinian Authority torture and kill anyone who dissents. No country has demanded that the PA halt its human rights violations against its own people.
According to the Arab Organization for Human Rights in Britain, the PA’s torture of its own people includes beatings with cables, pulling out nails, suspension from the ceiling, flogging, kicking, electric shocks, sexual harassment and the threat of rape.
International media ignore the situation. Their representatives prefer stories that implicate only Israel. The last thing the Middle East needs is another Arab dictatorship run by corrupt leaders whose main goal is to batter their own people while siphoning off still more European and international aid money into their bank accounts.
