To The Daily Sun,
The primary race for the U.S. House District 1 seat has come down to three very fine candidates, one of whom is exceptional: Carleigh Beriont.
Carleigh has spent her time and energy meeting voters where we are. She has visited every town in the district, from the Seacoast to the North Country, listening to voters and learning what matters to us. She clearly understands that “More of the Same Won’t Fix This.”
Her campaign strategy is simple: include as many New Hampshire voters as possible while excluding corporate PACs and AIPAC money. That approach requires hard work, persistence, and volunteers. Carleigh has done the work, attracted an impressive team of volunteers, and is getting results. Imagine all that talent, energy, and determination working on our behalf in Washington.
I know it can be difficult to think clearly under the barrage of mailers and advertisements funded by who knows who, from who knows where. Remember, we know how to navigate that here in New Hampshire. We have decades of first-in-the-nation experience evaluating candidates, asking questions, and making informed choices. That experience can serve us well now.
Take a hard look at all three candidates. Consider who has put in the work, who is listening to New Hampshire voters, and who will truly represent us. Then make a choice and vote in the primary.
Votes matter. Use it wisely. I’m voting for Carleigh.
