Open letter to The Residents of Sandwich:
Thank you so much for putting on a Halloween that my grandchildren will never forget. It was so wonderful for the children to have the magic and love of a community that cares. I even felt like a kid again. You took the time to bring the holiday to life again and let the children know they mattered and were safe. Bravo for giving them an old-fashioned Halloween in the comfort of their village.
