Richard Mann: Professional and hard working describes Bill Wright

For many of you who read this, you will know that I am a recently retired police member, having served over 27 years in law enforcement. I know both men running for Belknap County Sheriff and I have had the pleasure of serving with each man. Both are quality people and are a testament to what dedicated public service looks like.

This year's election for sheriff has been fraught with a number of distractions and discontent being played out in the public eye. Use your opportunity to vote in November knowing that there are certain truths that cannot be overlooked. Focus on who you want at the helm.

Bill Wright is a great man, a loving father, husband and a trusted member of the Belknap County Sheriff's office that I have known for over 25 years.

Bill works hard, knows the job inside and out and has the tools, knowledge, ethics, skill set and professional reputation to continue to work for the citizens of the county as Sheriff.

I do know how Bill works and the level of professionalism he puts into his work. I can tell you without a doubt Bill Wright deserves your vote.
