To The Daily Sun,
I would like to thank the kind stranger who, on Friday the 24th, crossed the street on the Church Street bridge, where she was working, to ask me if I needed any help. I was walking with great effort, recovering from a broken back. This woman wanted to make sure I was okay. She looked at me and asked if I was "doing alright.".
I am an elderly woman who needed a gesture like her's at exactly that moment. She needs to know that her kindness stayed with me all day. From her face to God's, I thank her for her seemingly small miracle.
