Save the whales that are left. Fisherman should cut back in the winter. They would not be happy, that's life. It's like planning for a rainy day. Expecting to think there's more. In fresh water, there's no taking of fish at certain times. Show appreciation for fish paying your bills. No need to be greedy. They don't restock like freshwater.Â
