To The Daily Sun,

Congratulations to Meredith Village Savings Bank on being named New Hampshire Lender of the Year by the Small Business Administration. This is a recognition well-deserved, not just for the number of loans MVSB has made, but through the years, the commercial lending team has supported our small businesses and entrepreneurs by providing access to needed capital in a timely manner.

During my 15-year tenure at the Belknap Economic Development Council MVSB was a valued partner in our work to launch and expand businesses, partnering with our various loan programs as well as assisting us with many other initiatives.

MVSB has truly fulfilled their mission and role as a community bank — not just with commercial lending and mortgages, but with the funding of community projects. Through the years MVSB has provide grants as well as purchasing tax credits for community and non-profit projects and programs.

On behalf of the community I would like to extend not only congratulations to the leadership and staff at MVSB, but appreciation for their service and commitment to our community.
