To The Daily Sun,

While I, unfortunately, do not live in Scott Burns’ district, I can speak to his character. Scott and I attended school together. You can learn a lot about someone’s personal integrity from an early age and Scott has plenty. Scott is regularly active in the Franklin community, doing a lot of good work for area non-profits that support youth programs, education and recreational opportunities, to name a few.

Scott is a hard worker. Perhaps most importantly, he truly cares about the people around him. You know he’ll take care of his constituents. Scott will not go to Concord to spread ideology. He will carefully examine issues and do the best for the people of Franklin Wards 1 and 2 and the Town of Hill. Scott, if I lived a few blocks closer, I’d cast my vote for you as state rep!
