Letter lies, those outrageous, delusional and psychoneurotic claims made by a few repeat letter-to-the-editor offenders. Here's just a few of the wildest letter lies I've seen in The Sun:

The FBI “pillaged,” “raped” and destroyed Mar-a-Largo.

The Former Guy did nothing wrong by stealing top-secret documents, then did nothing wrong by refusing to give them all back.

The 2020 election was rigged.

Critical race theory is actually a thing, and taught in our schools.

COVID-19 vaccines contain microchips.

There is a conspiracy to replace white people.

Hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin can cure COVID.

All Democrats are Communists.

All Democrats are Socialists.

There is a worldwide cabal of child-trafficking cannibals.

Women should not have control of their own bodies.

The Jan. 6 riots were just “legitimate political discourse.”

No one in the Jan. 6 insurrection was armed.

The president has control over oil or gas prices.

87,000 IRS agents (with guns) are coming after you.

Thousands of illegal immigrants are being imported to vote for Democrats.

ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR and CNN are all feeding you fake information.
