I think car inspection is a good thing. It saves a lot of lives.
One thing vehicle inspections do not do is stop loud vehicle noise.
If readers think the noise is bad now — wait a year or two and I predict it will be much worse.
I have an advantage — I am 91 years old and I am going deaf.
