To the Daily Sun,Â
As the grandparents of Laconia students at several city school locations, we are responsible for pick ups and drop offs. We have witnessed several experiences of children in medical crisis. Our grandchildren are concerned when they view this but are encouraged when they witness nothing but the truest level of professionalism from the school staff, nurses, EMS, police and fire personnel. In each instance the child in crisis was the focus. These professionals all have children of their own and I am sure would want their child to receive the same level of care they have given to others. Please lift up and thank these men and women, who are our neighbors, for their public service. Laconia is fortunate to have them.
