Alicia Woglom: Voting Laura Lapointe for Belknap County register of deeds

To The Daily Sun,

I am writing to encourage the voters of Belknap County to reelect Laura Lapointe as register of deeds. I have the unique perspective of working directly for Laura, I have seen firsthand the dedication she brings to her job and to the people we serve, as this is a working position.

Working for Laura has shown me that leadership is not simply about having a title. It is about being present, listening to people, supporting your staff, and taking responsibility for the work that needs to be done. Laura leads by example. She cares about doing things correctly, treating people with respect, and making sure the Registry of Deeds serves the public well.

I am proud to work for Laura and see the commitment she brings to the Registry of Deeds office. From my experience as her employee, I believe she has earned the opportunity to continue serving the residents of Belknap County.

I hope all voters will join me in supporting Laura Lapointe for register of deeds.
