This is an open letter to Rob, Chris and the WLNH Children’s Auction board.
What a terrific surprise to receive a check for $5,000 from the WLNH Children’s Auction during the benefit basketball game on April 28.
We are thrilled and were also in shock that evening with all the excitement that the game had going on. We are so very appreciative of your support!
Your donation is working by helping us to continue our program that reaches the youth in the Lakes Region every day. Five afternoons a week and Saturday evenings an average of more than 50 youth from Laconia and surrounding towns gather at the Teen Center. At the Center, youth from 6th to 12th-grade come to “drop-in” and participate in the ongoing activities or to just safely hang out with friends in a safe and supervised place.
The youth in the Lakes Region need to have “a positive place for kids” and “Thank You” for your continued support!
