Riverfront Place is now accepting proposals through Feb. 2 for restaurants as phase two of the project. Located in the historic former Tilton Endless Belt building on West Main Street, the project overlooks the Winnipesaukee River and is adjacent to the new Tilton Riverfront Park.

Space at Riverfront Place was initially available in June of this year and rapidly filled over the summer months. Tenants of the renovated mill building presently include Jaime’s Creative Cuts, Shepherd Law, The Quilting Corner, Serendipity Counseling, Riverfront Medical Group and Mill River Tack Shop.

About 10,000 net leasable square feet is available for restaurant use. As many as three restaurant concepts may be accommodated in the lower level that is in part built over the river with access to the water. These restaurants are expected to share in three thousand square feet of outside seasonal terrace space on the river. Phase two is conditional upon the completion of a parking lot with a 78 vehicle capacity adjacent to the park and planning board approval.

Contact James Cropsey, manager of Riverfront Place, to obtain proposal forms and a copy of the offering circular at 286-9633, or write 376 Sanborn Road, Tilton, NH 03276-5729.
