LACONIA — A local man who has been missing since mid-January has been in contact with his mother, Judi Otto, this week.
Otto said that her son, Henry Caruso II, has contacted her by telephone and while she has not yet seen him since he disappeared, she is hoping he will be able to obtain the kind of assistance he needs to deal with his problems.
She said that Caruso, 26, has been troubled by the recent death of his father and the pending birth of his son.
His disappearance was reported to police, who said they are aware of his recent conversations with his mother.
