MEREDITH — Selectboard Chair Mike Pelczar has filed for re-election to his position for the town of Meredith. The three-year seat is one of several voters will decide on during the upcoming election.

Town Clerk Kerri Parker's seat is also up for election for a three-year term. She has filed for re-election and did not have any challengers as of Monday.

Other positions open for candidates are: A thee-year seat as library trustee; a six-year seat as supervisor of the checklist; a three-year term as treasurer, for which Martha Fairbrother registered to run for re-election; a three-year term as trustee of the trust funds, with James Gregoire incumbent; and a two-year term as trustee of the trust funds.

Any person registered to vote in Meredith is eligible to file their candidacy. They must do so at the Town Clerk’s office prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3. Voters will select their preferred candidates during the town election on March 14.
