Franklin Savings Bank grants $6,000 to Tapply-Thompson Community Center

Franklin Savings Bank recently granted $6,000 to Tapply-Thompson Community Center to support the purchase of furnishings for their new music room. The grant went toward the purchase of instruments and other music gear. They are also adding lights, soundproofing equipment, furniture and secure cabinets to store the instruments properly. The Tapply-Thompson Community Center offers a variety of youth activities that include summer day camps, youth sports, after-school programs, teen programming, special events and enrichment programs such as their new music offering, the Learn to Love Music program.
