MEREDITH — Judie Milner, former Franklin city manager, will start as Meredith town manager on Monday, March 31.
The hiring was confirmed by Meredith Selectboard Chair Lynn Leighton Wednesday afternoon.
Leighton said the news would also be shared at Town Meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday night.
Leighton said Milner had glowing reviews from former colleagues.
Municipal Resources Inc. handled the town manager application process. A job posting listed the salary range up to $160,000, according to experience. Milner’s salary in Franklin was $131,040 according to an employment agreement voted on by Franklin City Council in March 2023.
Milner was one of 33 applicants for the position.Â
