Holy Trinity Catholic School held a grand reopening, with tours of the renovated building in Laconia, a ribbon cutting and a small reception, Tuesday morning. School renovations occurred over the last year, and in the meantime, students were sent to Seton Academy in Somersworth for their classes. The newly refreshed campus comes with a reinvigorated curriculum, new website and homeschool partnerships. The school caters to preschool through sixth grade learning, and will also provide specialized seventh and eighth grade classes. The school has enrolled 33 students in the last two weeks, and will accept students up until the first day of the school year on Wednesday, Aug. 27. The school has the capacity to take up to 150 students. Last year, there were 82 students enrolled. Principal Dawn Florino said the state's recently expanded Education Freedom Accounts program will likely lead to increased enrollment at Holy Trinity.
