HAVERHILL — A Bristol man has been indicted on a stalking charge by a Grafton County Superior Court Grand Jury.

The indictments allege that Brian J. McLaughlin, 51, of 120 Summer St., Bristol, stalked a woman in Bristol several times during March. McLaughlin was convicted last September of stalking in Sullivan County. He was also indicted for burglary in connection with a break-in in Lebanon last December.

Other indictments handed up against area residents include:

• Timothy Pilewarczyk, 37, of 64 Crouse Road, in Alexandria, was indicted on a charge of domestic violence for allegedly pointing a loaded handgun at a household member.

• Randy McGibbon, 25, of 33 Union St., in Bristol, was indicted for driving after having been deemed an habitual offender. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of disobeying an officer.

• Logan P. Haff, 24, of 2200 Route 3, Unit 2, in Campton, was indicted on a charge of armed burglary.

• Michael Buskey, 19, of 1162 Old Route 25, in Rumney, was indicted on a charge of burglary.

• Spenser Cook, 25, of 25 North River St., in Holderness was indicted on charges of driving after having been deemed an habitual offender, and reckless conduct.

The following misdemeanor charges were also issued:

• Katherine Drouin, 39, of 1357 Route 175 , in Campton, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking.

• Keirsten Gadwah, 22, of 32 Summer St., in Penacook, was charged with willful concealment.

• Kristen Kenney, 28, of 462 Gale Road, in Alexandria, was charged with possession of a controlled drug.

• Guy Milinazzo, 55, of 7 Park St., in Hill, was charged with removing a state inspection sticker from one vehicle and placing it on another.

• Eric M. O’Hearn, 28, of 48 Fletcher Road, in Rumney, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

• Marcus Rosa, 24, of 1850 Dick Brown, in Bristol, was charged with simple assault.
