A boat storage facility in Gilford is expanding, with two additional buildings under construction at Glendale Place. Douglas Beane’s business, Toy Box Marine & Storage LLC, currently operates an office and boat storage facility at 41 Glendale Place. The expansion to 49 Glendale Place will add a 5,040-square-foot building and a 7,000-square-foot building providing 10 commercial storage units and two office spaces. There will be no additional outside boat storage. The new buildings will share an access road and driveway with the existing Toy Box property.
