School’s out for the summer, and that means students have more time on their hands to do fun activities like being on The Price Is Right. The game show is set to host a kick-off-to-summer episode where the entire audience is filled with students.
Monday, June 8, although not the first day of Summer, will be the “School’s Out” episode, according to a press release. The first day of Summer falls on June 21 every year.
The students will kick off vacation in style. Host Drew Carey will welcome the high-energy crowd who will compete in iconic pricing games, such as Punch A Bunch, Hole In One, Money Game, Push Over, and more. They will have the chance to win huge cash prizes, dream vacations, and luxury cars during the one-hour episode to mark the end of school.
Two pictures were released from the episode. One photo featured a female contestant playing Money Game for the chance to win a car. The other had a male contestant playing Push Over for the chance to win a Gaming Room.

The set had the words “School’s Out” on a fake brick wall. There was fake grass and windows on it as well.
The “School’s Out” special will be one of the last-themed episodes of the season as summer nears and Season 54 wraps up. According to the game show’s calendar, this season is set to wrap up on Friday, June 26.
This season has featured themed episodes, including Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day, Pet Adoption Week, the first child contestant, and even had the biggest winner in the show’s history. Season 54 also featured couples and duos competing for prizes.
Tune into The Price Is Right on June 8 to find out what the students win as they venture to sunny California after a year of studying and hard work. Contestants have to be at least 18 years old to compete, so it will most likely be high school seniors and college students. Money and cars will certainly help the young contestants.
The Price Is Right, weekdays, 11a/10c, CBS, stream next day on Paramount+
