Desiree Weems and Luke ShepphardEd and Charlotte Elliott of Franklin, NH and Jack and Doreen Sheppard of Belmont, NH are happy to announce the engagement of their children, Desiree Weems and Luke Sheppard. Desiree and Luke will be married in a garden-style celebration on August 2, 2014 in Belmont, NH. Ms. Weems is a 2007 graduate of Franklin High School in Franklin, NH and a 2011 graduate of the University of New Hampshire-Manchester, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in American Sign Language Interpretation. She is employed with the Beverly School for the Deaf in Beverly, MA. Mr. Sheppard graduated in 2006 from Bishop Brady High School in Concord, NH and from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry. He is employed with the Newton Public Schools in Newton, MA.
