LACONIA — Paul Francis Baldwin, 46, passed away on July 19, 2025, at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Paul was born on Jan. 21, 1979, in Boston, the son of Paul Baldwin and Geraldine (Keif) Smith.

Paul had a great tenacity for everything in life, especially music, and in any genre as long as he could listen to it loud and enjoy it with his friends and family. Some of his favorite memories involved a jukebox and taking turns with friends to play "just the right song." He loved sharing his passion for golf with his nephews, Mikey and Matty (Perry), as they were his pride and joy.

Paul excelled at everything he did, and he took immense pride building beautifully crafted houses for people to make into a home. Paul’s immense intellect is surpassed only by his capacity for love and his vigor for hugs. Paul never met a stranger that didn’t become a friend. He will be loved always and in all ways. Paul is the epitome of a true gentleman.

Paul is survived by his partner, Jennifer Anderson, and their dog, Iris; his father, Paul Baldwin, and his wife Teri; his mother, Gerry Smith, and her husband Mike. Paul’s siblings include his sisters Ami and Nikki and brothers Greg and Joey. Paul’s extended family includes aunts Marilyn Saulnier of Centerville, Massachusetts, Denise Rachalski of Cape Coral, Florida, Kimberly Corley-Easton of Maryland, and Joan Mansfield of Canton, Massachusetts; and uncles Phil Baldwin of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Mark Smith of Quincy, Massachusetts; and many loving cousins. Paul is predeceased by grandparents Edmund and Geraldine (McIsaac) Keif, Joseph and Ruth (Winter) Baldwin and Joseph and Sally McStowe, and uncles Edmund Keif, Joseph Baldwin Jr. and Paul Rachalski.

Paul made lifelong friends from his time at Pinkerton Academy, Keene State College and throughout the Lakes Region. His family finds solace knowing that his wide array of friends will cheer in his honor and raise a toast to his life built on love.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, in the Carriage House at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant St. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice in Paul’s name.
