Lorraine had a passion for shopping and a remarkable talent for gift-giving, never forgetting a birthday or anniversary; she was known for her thoughtful surprises.

Her legacy includes family traditions that will be cherished for generations, such as her famous spaghetti sauce, homemade jelly from grapes grown in her backyard, and delicious meat pies prepared around the holidays for family and friends. Her life was defined by selflessness and an unwavering commitment to the happiness of others, especially her grandchildren.

Lorraine is survived by her son, Jonathan Groleau, and his wife, Kaylin; her daughter, Denise Plumer, and her husband, John; her stepdaughter, Carol Conroy, and her husband, Michael; and her six beloved grandchildren: Melissa Skeats and her husband, Michael; Kristina Wylie Diaz and her husband, Jose; Jason Wylie and his wife, Natalia; Azelin, Andrew, and Alex Groleau. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Joseph and Cameron Correia, Samantha and Sofia Wylie, Sienna and Lukas Diaz, Macayla, Madisyn, and Mackenzie Skeats, and a great-great-grandmother to Tanner Correia.
