LACONIA — Mrs. Julia H. Sanders, 90, of 7 Church Street, died at her home on Sunday, September 21, 2003. She was the widow of Carl Sanders who died in 1971.
Mrs. Sanders was born February 14, 1913 in Granville, New York, the daughter of Anthony and Helen (Dominic) Olisky. She lived in New York before moving to Laconia over 60 years ago.
Survivors include four nephews, Robert Olisky of Laconia, Richard Olisky of Sanbornton, Anthony Olisky of Lakeport, and Gordon Sanders of Alton; one niece, Donna Hebert, of Laconia; ten great-nephews and great-nieces; two sisters-in-law, Doris Markely of Sanford, Florida, and Bertha Olisky of Belmont; and three cousins.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Olisky, who died in 1985.
Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2003 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 30 Church Street, Laconia on Thursday, September 25, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will follow in the family lot at Bayside Cemetery, Laconia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Church, 30 Church Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
