Janet M. Hearn, 64

AMESBURY, Mass. — Janet Marie Hearn, 64, resident of Merrimack Valley Nursing Home in Amesbury, passed away on Nov. 18, 2015, holding the hands of her daughter, Kimberly A. Eldridge, and her son, Matthew J. Hearn.

Janet was born Feb. 18, 1951, in Boston, raised in Quincy, Massachusetts, Janet graduated from nursing school and was known to be a selfless, kind, caring, and generous person to all she encountered.

Janet moved to Moultonborough in 1990, the place she forever referred to as her "home." She loved the mountains, the lake, the beauty of nature and the people.

Janet is predeceased by her mother, Rosemary A. McConville.

She is survived by her father, Joseph H. McConville; a sister, Linda A. Bonanno and her husband Christopher; a daughter, Kimberly A. Eldridge and husband Michael; a son, Matthew Hearn and wife Rebecca; grandchildren, Kelsie M. Hearn, Tori R. Nelson, Ian J. Hearn, Brandon Eldridge, Hailey Eldridge and Leah McClinton; nephews, Brian Bonanno and Michael Bonanno.

Janet is now an angel watching over her family and loved ones and will always be remembered for her mantra, "I am woman, hear me roar!"

Kimberly and Matthew would like to extend their sincerest heartfelt thanks to Jenelley, LNA and Michelle, RN from All Care Hospice for helping take such good care of their mother in her final days.

A private family service will be held in Moultonborough.
