Isolde R. Liebl, 92

 

SANBORNTON — Isolde R. Liebl 92, of Wells Road, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015.

She was born February 8, 1923 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany daughter to the late Emil and Hedwig (Stommel) Feuerstake. Isolde was a longtime resident of Tilton for over 62 years. She worked as a stitcher for eleven years at Arthur S. Brown Endless Belts in Tilton, N.H. before retiring in 1983. Isolde enjoyed needlework, gardening, cooking and caring for animals. She will be remembered most for her love of traveling, especially in Europe and in the White Mountains here in New Hampshire. Above all, she cherished spending time with her loving family and friends. Her husband George Liebl predeceased her in 1972.

Isolde is survived by her son, Mark G. Liebl of Sanbornton, a daughter, Evelyn C. Wilson and her husband Terry of Gilford, four grandchildren, Christina Wilson of Virginia Beach, Va., Stephanie Selleck and her husband Benjamin of Goffstown, N.H., Andrea Liebl of UK/Australia and her fiancé Christopher Anderson and Christopher Liebl of Hawaii, four great grandchildren and two nephews. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her sister, Evelyn Stratmann and daughter-in-law Joyce Frangione Liebl in 2010.

There will be no calling hours or services.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the NH Humane Society, 1305 Meredith Center Road, Laconia, NH, 03246.
