MOULTONBOROUGH — Dale Robert Paulsen, 55, died suddenly at home in Moultonborough, on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. He was the son of Hope Marie Boehner Paulsen of Burlington, Massachusetts, and the late Robert Paulsen.
Surviving him are his wife, Robin Hobbs Paulsen and two sons, Derek Paulsen (and partner Aubrey Smart) and Kirk Paulsen, all of Moultonborough; his brother, Kenneth Paulsen (and his husband David Valentine) of Malden, Massachusetts; and his sister, Dawn Paulsen Ruel of Meredith.
Dale was born on December 9, 1966, in Winchester, Massachusetts. He grew up in Burlington, Massachusetts, attending the schools there. Dale, like his parents, participated in American Revolution re-enactment from the 1980s to the 2000s. He was a member of the Wilmington Minutemen and the British 47th Regiment on Foot. He served in the United States Army Reserve.
There will be a graveside burial on December 17, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Bedford Street, Burlington, Massachusetts.
