BELMONT — Carolyn Ketteman Winsor, 83, of Great Brook Drive, passed away on Feb. 12, 2026, at home surrounded by her loved ones.
Carolyn was born on Sept. 13, 1942, in San Fernando, California, the daughter of the late Clement and Mae (Murray) Ketteman. Carolyn had lived in Oregon for many years with her husband Paul Winsor before moving back to New Hampshire in 2014.
Carolyn did clerical work for various government agencies in California, Vermont and New Hampshire. She was a lector and eucharistic minister at her church. She was a former den mother for Cub Scouts. She enjoyed her family, the Bible, the ocean, crossword puzzles, reading and cross-country road trips with her husband Paul. She also enjoyed following the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.
Carolyn is survived by her two sons, Michael Hanson and his wife Angela of Belmont, and Bruce Hanson and his wife Kelly of Pembroke. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Jacqueline Hanson, Maria Hanson, Dylan Shattuck and Robert Wilkinson. In addition to her parents, Carolyn is predeceased by her husband of 26 years, Paul Winsor, her daughter Elizabeth Hanson and her sister Monica Johnson.
The family is extremely grateful for the exceptional, compassionate attention provided by Quality Care Home Health and Hospice. Also, a special thank you to Dr. Logan as well as friends and family who helped out along the way.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, in the Carriage House at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant St., Laconia.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, at St. Joseph Parish, 96 Main St.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen.
