Students of Lakes Region Community College’s Hospitality Club serve guests at the 2026 Climate Impacts Maple Dinner on March 26, with their creatively prepared maple-themed dinner. Members of the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association, League of Conservation Voters, The Union of Concerned Scientists and the New Hampshire Chapter of the Sierra Club, along with representatives for Sen. Jeanne Shaheen's and Rep. Chris Pappas' offices, attended the dinner and spoke about the effects of climate change on one of New Hampshire’s largest tourism drivers: maple syrup.
