MOULTONBOROUGH — The Moultonborough Library Board of Trustees has appointed Brittany Durgin as the new library director. She began her role on June 21.
Durgin earned her master's of library and information sciences from Simmons University. She has over 10 years of experience in the library field, most recently serving as the adult services librarian at the Hooksett Library and before that, as the library director at Minot-Sleeper Library in Bristol.
In her previous director role, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the library, including collection development, programming and outreach.
Durgin joins the library just in time for its summer reading activities. To learn more, visit moultonboroughlibrary.org and click on the events and programs tab. The library calendar will have all of the programs listed with descriptions and registration links if required.
