ALTON BAY — The Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront will come alive with color and flavor for the 30th Annual Labor Day Weekend Craft Fair at the Bay, on Saturday, Aug. 31, Sunday, Sept. 1, and Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2.

Over 75 Juried artisans from throughout New England will display and sell their American-made works including potpourri, accessories and apparel, pottery, candles, toys and games, painting, jewelry, stemware, kitchenware, shell creations, photography, pet treats and accessories, pillows, gifts, signs, folk art, wood crafts, soap and personal care products, and ornaments.

Sample specialty foods such as fudge, nuts, sauces, dips, kettle corn, pies, pesto, Greek olive oils, chocolate, balsamic vinegar, maple, and baked goods.

This event is free admission, free parking and will be held rain or shine. Hours are Saturday, Aug. 31, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 1, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Monday, Sept. 2, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Friendly, pets on a leash are welcome. The event location is 24 Mt. Major Highway. Alton Bay is also accessible by boat on Lake Winnipesaukee.
