LACONIA ― Granite VNA offers Walk-In Wednesday on Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 10 a.m. to noon at Granite VNA Office ― Laconia, 780 N. Main St.
Walk-In Wednesday is an opportunity to get questions answered. A Granite VNA social worker/notary public is available to:
- Connect with participants to discuss their end-of-life wishes
- Review their Advance Directives to make sure it reflects their decisions regarding future medical care
- Assist with filling out Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare and/or Living Will
