MEREDITH — Golden View Health Care Center launches  Careers in Caring, a new national campaign from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living to raise awareness of the opportunities in senior care communities and equip facilities with the necessary resources to attract new caregivers to the field.

“We are excited to partner with AHCA/NCAL in the launch of Careers in Caring,” said Golden View’s administrator Rosemary Simino. “The senior care communities in New Hampshire have confronted many challenges in hiring more caregivers, and Careers in Caring will be instrumental in helping our facility recruit the best of the best employees to care for our residents.”

Golden View strives to attract employees that lead their lives in accordance with their core values of responsibility, respect, compassion, honesty, and fairness. In return, Golden View offers the stability, security and professionalism that comes with a well-established, community-based health care center, the flexibility and understanding of an independent non-profit and the commitment to a shared goal of quality care and compassion for their residents.

“We love serving our residents, and we want to show others why working in a senior care community is such a rewarding and fulfilling career,” continued Simino. “We are eager to have the support of AHCA/NCAL and to hire more caregivers to join us, so our residents continue to have access to high quality care for years to come.”

Golden View offers many career advancement and training opportunities. To join their team, text HEALTH to 603-483-3372 or visit GoldenView.org.
